My Morning Routine

The hardest part about adjusting to post grad life is meal planning. Between having a full-time blog and a full-time job, I’m always on the go and rarely get to eat at my house. The only meal I’ve mastered so far is breakfast. I often times end up eating breakfast in my car because l’m just not a morning person who can wake up early enough to eat it in my apartment?

My go-to breakfast is the absolute easiest thing to make, and it’s way more healthy than a bagel or a fast-food breakfast. First things first is I start brewing some coffee. With my hectic schedule, coffee is pretty much the only reason why I function. I switch between making hot and iced coffee at home. One thing I started doing to my coffee was adding Born Sweet®Zing® Zero Calorie Stevia Sweetener to it. It tastes absolutely amazing and adds just the right amount of sweetness to my coffee!

As for food, my go-to recipe is an English Muffin, peanut butter and bananas. With a prep time of only 5 minutes, it’s really the easiest and healthiest thing I can eat while on the run!

  3. English Muffins are my favorite for breakfast, especially with peanut butter and blueberries.
