Wow: can you believe it’s already February? January flew by, and I have a strong feeling that the rest of the year will follow suit.
If you’ve read my post on how to score the best flight deals, you know that I’m pretty flexible with travel. I keep in mind what destinations I’d like to travel to and then hold out for the best flight deals. I also have the awesome opportunity to partner with a few CVBs and Tourism Boards throughout the year to create content, which I’m incredibly thankful for — some of my favorite partnerships from last year include New Orleans and Baltimore.
Where do I want to head to next in 2018? Here’s my list!
2018 Travel Bucket List: Paris
Ok, so I have flights booked to Paris in March, so I will, in fact, be able to knock this one off of my bucket list — and I’m so stoked! In reality, I’ve wanted to go to Paris practically since I was born, like most girls pretty much everywhere. I took French classes for five years; even though I know it doesn’t matter that much if I can speak the language, I’m hoping my French isn’t too rusty for this trip because I’d love actually to speak it for once!
2018 Travel Bucket List: San Francisco
I’m not sure how many of you have heard me speak before, but oddly enough, people guess that I’m from San Fran all the time based on my accent. In reality, I’ve never been, but so many people told me I would fall in love with it. I love that it’s still a major city that’s walkable, yet on the West Coast — I loved L.A., but I couldn’t stand the traffic/how spread out it was, so this city seems like the ideal fit!
2018 Travel Bucket List: Memphis
I had the opportunity to meet with a rep from Visit Memphis last year, and I was sold. Amazing BBQ? Live Music? Fantastic Brews? Count me in. It’s not a long flight from Philly, so I’m hoping to visit ASAP!
2018 Travel Bucket List: Montreal
Ok, so…I’ve never been to Canada. Weird, right? I’m not sure how I’ve been able to visit China before Canada, but I digress. Because I love all things Francophile culture, Montreal seems like a good fit as well! I’m hoping to go in the fall; it’s less than a 2-hour flight out of D.C., so it’s an attainable trip to plan!
Sounds like fun adventures ahead for you!

I am heading to SFo next wknd for my bday, one of my favorite places! Montreal is on my bucketlist..I am Canadian and have never been. Love your pics!
I’ve been to Paris and San Francisco, but not Memphis or Montreal. I haven’t even been to Canada, but have also traveled internationally to many countries in Europe! I’m hoping to visit Canada this summer when we go to Glacier National Park.
SFO, Memphis…so many wonderful ideas and fun places to be.
You will love San Fran!! It’s such a cool, chill city. I was meh about Paris, but I’ll let you decide for yourself- going to Europe in general is just awesome! And I reaaally want to go to Montreal one day, but flights within Canada are so freaking expensive that I haven’t bit the bullet just yet.
I love travel bucket lists! My husband and I are moving back cross-country this summer so I have a lot of national parks on my list for this year đ
What an awesome list!! Paris is really high up on my list too. Don’t think it’s happening this year but I’m hoping soon!!
SF is one of my favorite cities. I think you will love it. I want to go to Paris myself.
San Francisco has been on my list for forever. I thought we’d be able to get there this year but I think it will be another year. Have fun in Paris!
Love this! Paris is a big one on mine too, especially in the summer!
I live about an hour from Memphis, TN and it’s one of my favorite cities! If you go you have to check out the National Civil Rights Museum! It’s such a beautiful experience.
I used to live in San Francisco, but haven’t seen any of the other places on your list. Hawaii is one of the top spots on my list.
You’re going to love SF! It’s such an amazing city.
So many fun spots! I’m planning my 2018 trips too and it’s just so exciting! Love your outfit!
This is lovely on many levels, loving the outfit. I hope you will get a chance to go enjoy all those places on your list.
Memphis is just a hop skip and a jump away from me! You are going to love it!
