Every October, there’s one cause that I can’t ignore: breast cancer. I’ve lost three amazing women in my family to the disease, and it would break my heart if I lost anyone else to this disease. I always get excited when retailers partner up with the National Breast Cancer Foundation to sell items to benefit breast cancer awareness; it combines two of my favorite things: fashion and philanthropy.
This poncho that I’m wearing from Talbots is part of an eight piece limited-edition capsule collection of clothing and accessories to help fund early detection & education. 20% of October net proceeds from the collection will benefit NBCF.
