You guys: I’m not good at wellness. Period. I’m always kind of shocked when potential blog sponsors email me asking if I want to promote a workout/healthy food/etc. because, to be honest, I have no idea what I’m doing. I was lucky enough to have a fast metabolism my entire life, and I was able to eat what I wanted to without consequence…until I hit my late 20s. Just a reminder, skinny ≠ in shape — even when I was a size 2, I would still get winded going up a flight of stairs!
I wanted to get my life in check. I’ve gained 25 lbs over the past year and counting. After I came home from Argentina, I could hardly button my pants. And yes, I still got winded walking up a flight of stairs. I decided to sign up for TRIM Bootcamp since I saw some of my other blogger friends have a ton of success with it.
And guess what? I failed the program. But it’s ok, you guys!
