You guys…I’m in absolute disbelief that Labor Day is right around the corner. Didn’t summer just start?
While I might not mentally be ready for fall, my wardrobe is most certainly getting there. Dressing from Summer to Fall looks has always been a bit odd. While you might have grown tired of your summer wardrobe, it’s not quite cool enough to bust out the sweaters and over-the-knee boots just yet. However, there are plenty of incredible fall items out there that you can wear now and wear later! Today, I’m sharing some of my top budget-friendly Summer to Fall looks that will transition into the next season effortlessly!
Summer to Fall Looks for Under $100!
Spoiler alert: all of the pieces I’m sharing today are from Walmart. Yes, that Walmart! Walmart has been a go-to for my family and me for years. It’s a one-stop-shop for anything and everything you would ever need.
Over the last couple of years, Walmart has emerged as a fashion destination. When I started to see my favorite bloggers rock Walmart a few years ago, at first, I was in disbelief. How did they find such adorable outfits at such incredible price points? It was almost too good to be true. I knew I had to try it out for myself — so I challenged myself to pick up a few new pieces for fall from Walmart for under $100. Here’s what I ended up with!
Outfit #1: Floral Jumpsuit ($58) | Circle Bag ($15)
Did you know that Walmart carries premium clothing brands as well? They have a partnership with Lord and Taylor, and you can purchase brands like Vince Camuto, Vera Bradley, Tommy Hilfiger, Lucky Brand, and more! When I spotted this Calvin Klein jumpsuit, I knew it had to be mine. I couldn’t believe the price: it was originally $119, but it was marked down to $57.12 at Walmart (and fully in stock!)
I decided to style this jumpsuit with a pastel bag and clear heels to get me through the last days of summer, and I plan on pairing it with a denim jacket and booties once it gets colder out.
Outfit #2: Peasant Top ($16) | Sculpted Jeggings ($19) | Similar Hat
Now, here’s where the prices get even crazier: can you believe this top is only $16? My favorite boho brand carries a top that’s very similar in style, that would cost me upwards of $80. Insanity!
I was also shocked with the quality and fit of these Time & Tru jeggings. I’m a bit of a denim snob, and I have plenty of premium denim brands in my closet, but these under $20 jeggings hugged my body and didn’t slide down/get bunched up after a full day of exploring in the city. If you’re looking for new denim for fall but don’t want to break the bank, the Time & Tru line is where it’s at!
