Alright, alright. I was avoiding the midi skirt trend, then I realized the error in my ways and finally gave in. It works so well for me in my life right now. I don’t have a ton of money to spend on clothes, so I always like to buy pieces that are versatile. Whatever I purchase needs to go from work to play with ease, and this pleated midi skirt does exactly that. Plus, it’s fun for when you want to have a post-lunch twirl session (I do this more often than you would think.)
This skirt screams spring, so I decided to tone it down a bit and give myself an extra layer of warmth with my trusty Free People vegan leather jacket. I can’t wait to rock this in the summer and play around with some brighter color combinations. Yellow is my favorite color, and I sadly don’t have enough of it in my closet.
