top- forever 21 (similar), shorts – BCBG (similar), belt -j.crew (similar), wedges – bakers, bracelet – H&M 

And I’m back in action! I thought I would be pretty miserable without a laptop for a week, but it ended up working out for the best. I snuck in a trip to the beach, finished a book, and spent some quality time with friends and family. But boy am I glad to be back in the blogging grind!

You want to know a little secret? That isn’t a skirt I’m wearing, they’re shorts! This pair of shorts are fantastic for a girly-girl like me since I hardly branch out from wearing skirts and dresses in the summer. Also, another secret: don’t chew gum during a photoshoot for your blog. Your facial expressions won’t be the prettiest.
