Guys, can I be real with you? I’m not a really big fan of cooking. At all. Between working two jobs, a lengthy commute, and spending a lot of evenings at blog events, I’m so exhausted by the time I get home that the last thing I want to do is slave over a stove. And you wonder why I’m still single.

One meal that I really need to be able to grab-and-go is breakfast. I’ve tried in the past to become a morning person and wake up and prepare a proper meal, but 9 times out of 10, I hit snooze a zillion times and find myself running out of the door in the morning and rushing to get down the road. Whoops.

There are three types of grab and go breakfasts I tend to rotate between throughout the week. First is a greek yogurt, which is a quick and easy meal I can eat before even stepping inside my car. Second, I toast an english muffin and cut up some bananas super quick — you’ve got a prep time of about 5 minutes for that meal, which is all and all not bad.

I’ve found that OLLY probiotic smoothies are pretty much superior in terms of “crap I’m already late and need to eat this in my car” type of meals. Which is typically me, everyday. The great thing about OLLY Probiotic Smoothies is that you can either add just water and get an instant smoothie, or use OLLY as a base and throw it in the blender with fresh fruit for a more flavorful meal. Not gonna lie, I *usually* just add water because that it all that I have time for, but trust me: you’ll want to try the suggested recipe on the back as well!

OLLY Probiotic Smoothies are also the perfect afternoon snack or post-workout meal. They’re super packed with the perfect balance of protein and fiber, plus a meal’s worth of vitamins sourced from organic fruits and veggies. It’s a ridiculously easy way to stay healthy, and also a super budget-friendly snack as well!

P.S. — OLLY is giving away over $1000 in prizes! Click here to enter!

Thank you to OLLY for partnering with me on today’s post!
