Guys, can I be real with you? I’m not a really big fan of cooking. At all. Between working two jobs, a lengthy commute, and spending a lot of evenings at blog events, I’m so exhausted by the time I get home that the last thing I want to do is slave over a stove.
And you wonder why I’m still single.
One meal that I really need to be able to grab-and-go is breakfast. I’ve tried in the past to become a morning person and wake up and prepare a proper meal, but 9 times out of 10, I hit snooze a zillion times and find myself running out of the door in the morning and rushing to get down the road. Whoops.
There are three types of grab and go breakfasts I tend to rotate between throughout the week. First is a greek yogurt, which is a quick and easy meal I can eat before even stepping inside my car. Second, I toast an english muffin and cut up some bananas super quick — you’ve got a prep time of about 5 minutes for that meal, which is all and all not bad.
