Benefits of Using a Micro Sculpting Cream

Okay, full disclaimer: I know there are a ton of people who read this blog that are older than me. I’m 27, so I’m definitely not old by any means. However, I am inching closer to 30, and that only mildly freaks me out. Just mildly.

When I was younger, I thought I’d be married by the time I was 27, and that I would have a ritzy job in fashion in New York. Funny how life turns out, right? I might not be married just yet, but I’m my own boss at this very young age which is pretty darn cool, right?

Anyway, I’m definitely stoked to just become more of an #adult and see where I end up career-wise. The only downside to getting older? I definitely notice that my body is changing for sure. I don’t have quite as much energy as I used to, I’m definitely having to watch my diet and exercise, and I am trying to take better care of my skin as well.

I’m pretty lucky that the women in my family age pretty gracefully (you seriously wouldn’t believe how old my mother is just by looking at her!), and most people assume that I’m ~5-10 years younger than I actually am on the reg. However, I want to keep my skin looking as firm and youthful as possible, and I know I need to start taking care of it now!

Enter: Olay’s Regenerist Micro-Sculpting Cream. It’s great to use now in my late twenties to prevent any early signs of aging, and it’s also just a powerhouse moisturizer on its own as well. I added this into my daily skincare routine and I put it on in the mornings after using my serum and right before putting on sunscreen (which is also pretty key to anti-aging as well!)

I don’t think you guys understand how clutch this product is: an independent test by the Good Housekeeping Institute showed that Olay Regenerist Micro-Sculpting Cream outperforms 10 top prestige creams — including one cream that has a $440 price tag. The micro-sculpting cream includes ultra moisturizing ingredients like niacinamide, Vitamin B3, B5 and Vitamin E that is full of anti-oxidants, which will protect your skin against free radical damage! Yes, you can find this miracle of a product online or at your local drugstore. How cool is that?

I’m turning 27 this year. 30 is inches away and I’m terrified of turning 30! I’ll be so old then! I only use a foaming face wash and a moisturizing day cream. It keeps my face so soft and smooth! So much so that people often think I’m 17!

I’m 28 this year and a couple people have told me not to use anti-aging creams just yet. Do you think it’s been helpful and do you recommend using it in your twenties?

Love this! I’m turning 30 this year and it definitely has me thinking about all of my life goals and where I thought I’d be in life at this age versus where I am now. With fair skin, skincare definitely has become more of a priority for me as I get older too–I need to check this cream out! But I also like to think of getting older as a privilege that many others don’t get to have to keep things in perspective sometimes, especially when I start freaking out about the upcoming birthday.

Can you imagine spending $440 on face cream! Even if I could…! Taking care of your skin when you’re young is soooo important (my “day job” is a marketing consultant for a medspa). I’ve learned that recently, for sure!

I love looking at aging as a positive instead of something to be upset about. So much grace and wisdom comes with age alone!

  17. I found a grey hair the other day and just about lost it – ha! But really tho, aging skin is HUGE, especially with sun damage etc…this stuff really looks like the real deal!
