If you’ve been following along for a while, you’ve probably noticed that I’ve traveled more in 2017 than any other year. Since I’ve started blogging full-time, I can work from anywhere — and I’ve been taking advantage of it! All I need is a laptop and a camera, and I’m able to create content.
One of the not so glamorous things about traveling so much? My skin hasn’t been looking super fabulous as of late. It’s a little tricky to get into a routine when you’re hardly ever at home. I also have to admit: sometimes on trips, I’m so tired by the end of the day, that I pretty much only remove my makeup before going to bed and skip a lot of other parts of my regular skincare regimen.

Before v. After
A month ago, I decided to start the Olay 28-Day Challenge. I’m a huge fan of Olay products, and I love how affordable and accessible they are! There were only two easy steps I had to add to my skincare regimen during this challenge. In the mornings, I applied the Olay Total Effects Moisturizer with SPF 15 and Olay Eyes Deep Hydrating Eye Gel. Then, at night, I applied the Olay Eyes Deep Hydrating Eye Gel again!
As a woman of color, I have to admit that since I’ve never had a sunburn in my life, I often forget about how important SPF is. However, as I grow older, I’ve learned that the sun is the #1 cause of visible skin aging — yikes. Olayâs Total Effects Moisturizer with SPF 15 has been a miracle product. After using this product for the last month, I’m super happy with the results. It has made my skin appear a lot brighter, and I’m so happy thank I’m getting a headstart on anti-aging while I’m in my late-twenties.
Since I travel so much, and sometimes I’m not getting a full night’s sleep, my eyes are the first thing that stand out. It got to a point this summer where I wouldn’t leave my house without concealer on because the dark spots under my eyes were getting a little out of control! I loved the Olay Eyes Deep Hydrating Eye Gel because its unique cooling formula helps fight visible signs of fatigue and under eye dehydration lines. Within a couple of weeks, my eyes look way more wide-awake and refreshed, and I don’t have to use as much concealer on a regular basis — thank goodness!
Want to try the Olay 28-Day Challenge yourself? First, head over to Olay Skin Advisor. You’ll upload a selfie, then build your profile. After that, the Skin Advisor will provide you with a regimen based on your skin type and concerns. How easy is that? The first 15 people to use the code “28DAYS9120″ will get $40 off their purchase of recommended products!
