Let’s be real: I’m trying to do most, if not all, of my holiday shopping online this year. I didn’t love crowds before the pandemic, and I don’t feel the need to go out that much this year!

This holiday season will look a lot different than years past, but we’re still trying to make the most of it. As I’m practicing social distancing, I’m trying to limit going out as much as possible when it comes to errands and holiday shopping. I’ve had a Walmart+ membership for over a month now, and I love how I can still get so many things done from the comfort of my own living room!

I’ve talked about how Walmart+ is great for grocery delivery in the past, but did you know you could get electronics, holiday decor, gifts, and more delivered as soon as same day with the membership? Today, I’m sharing how I plan to use Walmart+ during the holidays!

Walmart+: How I Plan to Use It During the Holidays

My favorite benefit of Walmart+ is free unlimited delivery. You can have groceries, last-minute gifts, and more items delivered straight from your local store to your door. There’s a $35 minimum, and some restrictions apply, but we’ve been able to order so many essentials with this service.

This holiday season, I plan to use Walmart+ to get some last-minute Thanksgiving items delivered to our home and order some gifts and gift-wrapping items. Even though I write gift guides pretty early on in the holiday season for my job, I always seem to procrastinate on buying at least one gift for a loved one. I appreciate that I can order really cool tech items like a laptop or a TV with the Walmart+ free unlimited delivery ($35 minimum, restrictions apply) benefit, pick a timeslot that works best for me, and get it hand-delivered as soon as the same day!

Walmart+: Other Benefits

Another really awesome benefit of Walmart+ is the mobile scan & go feature. If you do need to head to Walmart and shop in-store, you can check out with your phone as you shop. I love that it saves time, and it’s contact-free! Because let’s face it: we’re all a bit pressed for time during the holiday season.

Walmart+ members can also enjoy member prices on fuel. You can save 5¢ per gallon at Walmart, Sam’s Club & Murphy fuel stations — how cool is that?
