Two things guys.
Number one: I’m really, really excited to wear my New Years Eve dress without a cast this year. Don’t get me wrong, I totally bedazzled my arm sling last year before going out, but it will be nice to actually see my dress this year! (ICYMI — here’s my cast from last year in all it’s glory) Also, weirdly enough, when you show up to a party with a ridiculous cast that covers 80% of your arm, you’re the life of the party. Everyone wants to dance with you, hold your purse, and you’re the coolest person in the room.
Actually, now that I think about it, can I bring that cast back? #memories
Number two: I picked up this New Years Eve dress from Nordstrom last week and I was super stoked: it’s under $100, super sassy, and one of those dresses that you can totally wear again. Sadly, I realized yesterday that the party I’m going to is actually a super formal, black tie gala. Whoops. So I actually won’t be wearing this dress on Sunday, but I will probably bust this out for my birthday that’s coming up!
Anyway, I hope you have a fantastic New Years Eve, and Happy New Year fam! Let’s slay in 2017, shall we? I’m still debating whether or not to do my annual Blog Bloopers post to round out the year — here are my ridiculous outtakes from 2013, 2014 and 2015 respectively!
