happy new year, everyone! looking back over 2011, it was an important year that has changed my life forever. last january, i was living in new york city, interning at a fabulous PR firm and was able to assist in preparations for my very first new york fashion week. hopefully, this won’t be my last new york fashion week experience, because it was absolutely to die for! later on in the year, i transferred to a brand new university, moved to a brand new city, richmond, virginia, and indulged in the wonderful culture and atmosphere that the charming southern city had to offer.
in 2012, i look forward to a bit more stability. last year alone, i moved three times to three different cities! i’m excited to stay put in one place for a bit, finish up my degree, and decide what my next big move will be. this year, i am applying to a study abroad program in paris, france over the summer. i’m hoping that i get the amazing opportunity to experience a city i’ve been DYING to travel to ever since i was a little girl. aside from travel, i mainly resolve to just keep growing and learning in these crucial college years that will shape the rest of my life.
