Last month, I crossed off something that has LONG

Last month, I crossed off something that has LONG been on my bucket list: the @rosebowl_fleamarket!
You can visit the Rose Bowl Flea Market in @visitpasadena every second Sunday of the month, and I found so many incredible antiques, vintage and contemporary clothes, handmade jewelry, home decor, plants, furniture and more!
I’d recommend buying a ticket before you go (it’s not too expensive) and parking is free. The next flea market is this weekend (June 11), and I’d highly recommend making a trip!

My go-to skincare products to combat adult acne 🧴 I’m really happy with where my skin is right now!
For reference: I have combination skin with an oily t-zone. And as always, if you’re not wearing SPF, you’re basically negating all of the benefits of your skincare routine, so don’t forget it!
1. EXFOLIATE — I’ve been using the @drdennisgross Universal Daily Peel Pads & the @dermalogica Daily Microfoliant for years! If I’m short on time I go with the Dermalogica, if I want to extend my skincare routine, I use the Dr. Dennis Gross pads. I use them at night, about 3-4 times a week (and I only use one product at a time!)
2. PORE MINIMIZING TONER — this @biossance toner is SO GOOD. Really does a great job at improving skin texture.
3. RESURFACING MASK — the @elemis resurfacing mask is a holy grail for me! Does a great job at treating blemishes, plus it prevents fine lines and wrinkles.
4. VITAMIN C SERUM — if you get blemishes, you’re a lot more prone to dark spots. A vitamin C serum or oil is pretty essential, and I love this one from @biossance.
5. SPOT TREATMENT — just in case you get a stubborn blemish. I’ve tried a lot of spot treatments, but this one from @skinfixinc works the best for me!

Today is the last day of #MentalHealthAwarenessMon

Today is the last day of #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth, and this past month was the toughest yet for me mentally.
At the beginning of the month, I went to the hospital for a mental health crisis. I’ve been prescribed a couple of new medications to help stabilize my mood, and there were days when I would sleep 10-12 hours because of these new meds. I started to feel like a shell of myself, but it was either this or going nights on end without sleep due to anxiety. Getting all my work projects done was extremely challenging, but somehow, with a few extensions and help from friends and family, I got things done.
If you take anything away from this: it is that it’s perfectly fine to ask for help. Yes, you can check yourself into the hospital for a mental health crisis. Yes, you can talk to your primary care doc if something seems off — you don’t need to jump right into seeing a psychiatrist. And therapy is for EVERYBODY; no issue is too big or small!
I honestly cannot believe I made it through this month. It felt impossible just a few weeks ago. But I’m still here, thanks to *a lot* of help.

Okay, but can we use this post to manifest our dreams/goals/whatever we want to do this summer? Speak it into existence & tell me what YOU want to get done in the near future (nothing is too far-fetched!)
I have a few things:
1. I really want to learn how to play golf! I had an opportunity to get a lesson & watch an LPGA tournament last month, but I got sick and had to cancel 😭 Manifesting more opps in the future!
2. Video work! I’ve had the opportunity to take on some hosting gigs in the past couple of years, and I want more! Don’t worry — I’ll mainly stick to mostly photos on here, but on TikTok that’s another story, and I’m having fun learning more video production skills.
3. That I can make it to a Formula 1 Grand Prix this year. SOMEHOW!
