How to Create the Perfect Mediterranean Mezze Platter
As much as I love a good cheese board, sometimes it’s good to switch things up! I was inspired to create a mezze platter for this girl’s night for my guests to enjoy. It’s effortless to put together, and it’s a bright, colorful board that’s sure to impress any company you might have over.
Here are some of the Walmart products I ordered to create this board:
- Olive Oil
- Sabra Hummus (I added olive oil to the hummus!)
- Tzatziki Dip
- Cucumbers
- Carrots
- Pita Chips
- Olives
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Parsley (for garnish)
- Grapes (Dried Apricots would also be a great accompaniment!)
Since this board is more savory, I added some grapes and cherry tomatoes to satisfy my guests’ sweet tooth. I love how colorful this board is, and it’s a super satisfying yet healthy snack to enjoy for girl’s night.
