1. Declutter often & be okay to part with things! As a blogger who gets tons of mailers and PR packages, I am constantly bringing things to thrift stores to give them a second home.
2. Invest in a storage unit – I’ve had an off-site storage unit for the past two years, and it’s been incredibly helpful! I have a lot of seasonal decor pieces, photoshoot props, photo equipment, and more that I need to have for my job, but I don’t necessarily have space for them in my small place.
If you’re looking for a storage unit, @Cubesmart has many sizes of units available – whether you’re storing a few items or if you need a home for larger pieces of furniture during a move. They also have climate-controlled units to keep all of your items pristine!
3. If you need help finding homes for your items in your space, hire a professional organizer. They can look at what you have, help you declutter, and find a beautiful space for your belongings to live in your space. Also, if you need small space storage solutions, they have plenty of tricks up their sleeves.
4. Don’t beat yourself up if your space gets messy. That just means it is well lived in!

I still don’t think I can get fully behind camping though, I’m sorry 🙈🙊
I’ve been having a blast getting outside as of late — it is doing WONDERS for my mental health! I was so stoked when @toyotausa asked if I wanted to celebrate National Public Lands Day over the weekend, as California is full of incredible National Parks that I’ve slowly but surely been venturing out to.
Decided to take their Grand #Highlander out to Joshua Tree National Park — give yourself at least 2 hours to drive through the park and see all of the incredible exhibits! I love the Cactus Garden & Hall of Horrors, but you can’t go wrong anywhere in the park.
Despite being large in size, the Grand Highlander was such a smooth ride — tons of cargo space for our adventures, incredible off-roading capabilities and we even saved on gas with EV mode (the car mostly runs on electric when we make short drives in the city!)

If you’re looking for a cute, boutique hotel to stay at for your next Lake Tahoe trip, I’ve got you covered ✅ SAVE this post for your next trip!
The @tahoeblackbear is a super cute property located in South Lake Tahoe, and is cozy, yet modern and absolutely breathtaking! I could have easily spent more time curled up near the fireplace playing games, and I loved their wine bar on site. The service here was also incredible!
