Kate Spade Saturday

It’s been a really interesting January for retail. First C.Wonder, then Piperlime, and now Kate Spade Saturday is now one of my latest beloved brands to shutter. I’m pretty shocked and upset at this announcement, not gonna lie! I haven’t even gotten a chance to check out their store in Georgetown yet, but I’ll definitely need to stop by and see if I can snag a deal or two.

In the meantime, you’ll still be able to shop online for a while (thank goodness!) Saturday will be “absorbed” into Kate Spade’s regular line, but we’ll have to say goodbye to those fabulous lower prices. My favorite item has to be these New Balance sneakers. I would totally get back into my gym routine if I had those bad boys…

    Those are great sneakers. Wonder why so many retail companies are closing when others are doing really well. Hopefully all those retail workers will be able to get jobs elsewhere in the company or some sort of severance package. Tough time to be in retail right now. Good time to snag deals on clothes though.
