Guys, I have some pretty great news to share today: 3.5 months after surgery, and one discharge from physical therapy later, I’ve been cleared to work out again and have signed up to take a Pure Barre class this weekend. Woohoo!
For those of you who don’t know, I had carpal and cubital tunnel surgeries back in December. It’s taken me months to regain the range of motion and strength back in my arm, but it’s been improving every single day. My arm still isn’t 100% and I still am not able to do push ups or planks just yet, however, I’m definitely trying to get my little behind back in the gym!
What’s better motivation than cute workout clothes? I was introduced to Hourglass Angel, which has a plethora of super cute, affordable activewear basics. They’re super cozy, fit really well and I cannot wait to hit the gym in this tank and leggings!
