Remember, when I used to be a decent travel blogger last year? Yeah, well…that’s all changed this year!

Aside from a few quick regional trips, I really haven’t traveled much in 2020. However, Staying safe and healthy is my #1 priority at the moment, and it’s been fun to stay at home and work on some DIY projects and take a few courses.

Even though most of us are staying home for the foreseeable future, that doesn’t mean you can’t bring the travel lovers in your life a bit of joy this holiday season. Today, I’m sharing my top 10 gift ideas for the travel lover who’s stuck at home during COVID.

Gift Ideas for the Travel Lover

Mini Drone // Let’s face it: one of the best ways to get stunning travel photos and videos is by flying a drone. I love this mini drone in particular because it’s lightweight and foldable, so it would be perfect for packing and bringing along on your next trip. Practice flying the drone around while you’re stuck at home now so that you’ll be a pro by the time you’re able to travel again!

Leather Passport Holder // Our passports might be getting a bit dusty this year, but a passport holder always comes in handy. I love that you have the option to monogram this passport case as well, and it would make for a nice personalized stocking stuffer.

Travel Backpack //  I bought this travel backpack back in January, and I fell in love with it instantly. I use this backpack quite a bit, and I even bring it with me when I’m coworking or heading off to a shoot. I love that it has a padded laptop sleeve, water-resistant lining, a trolley passthrough, and multiple compartments.

Silk Pillowcase and Sleep Mask Set // This is a gift you can use at home and on the road as well! Sleeping with a silk pillowcase will do wonders for your hair and skin. It will prevent wrinkles, tangled, and frizzy hair, and it will improve the appearance of skin’s hydration.

Cork Globe // A globe is a fun piece of decor for any travel lover. This cork globe comes with 50 colored pins so you can mark where you’ve traveled to in the world. The large version has outlines of U.S. states as well, so you can keep track of how many domestic and international adventures you’ve been on!

The Bucket List Book // This is a great coffee table book that includes 1,000 adventures — both big and small. It’s a great way to add a few more trips to your bucket list from the comfort of your own home.

Luggage Cart Wine Rack //  You might not be able to use a real luggage rack at a hotel that much nowadays, but you’ll definitely get a ton of use out of this adorable luggage cart wine rack. It can hold 3 bottles of wine and is perfect for the travel-loving wine enthusiast

The Cashmere Travel Wrap // I have two of these travel wraps by White and Warren, and they feel like heaven on earth. They’re super, super soft, come in really fun colors, and doubles as a cozy wrap and a scarf for travel. Basically, they would make for the perfect gift for the luxe traveler in your life! You can use my code “ALICIA20” to get 20% off one of these wraps.

Travel Jewelry Case // I bought this back in January as well when we were strolling through Venice, and it’s one of my favorite travel accessories. Plus, I’ve been getting great use out of it at home as well. I’ve majorly downsized my jewelry collection, and I love putting more dainty pieces in this case! This case’s quality is amazing (as is everything else from Cuyana), and you can also get this monogrammed as well.

National Park Field Notes // For the outdoor enthusiast, these Field Notes special edition notebooks are ideal. There are 18 different parks/covers available, and five percent of retail and wholesale purchases of these notebooks will go to the National Parks Service. Each book features a brief history of the park on its inside back cover and a spot for the official National Park Passport Stamp on the inside front cover. Plus, these books are super durable and handle travel with ease! Collect all the books and make sure to get each one of them stamped.
