Guys. GUYS. This post has been a loooong time in the making. As some of you know, I moved into my very first apartment back in January. Graduating school, moving out of my parents house, and paying some serious $$$ for rent in good old Arlington, VA (which is right outside of Washington, D.C.) has been quite the adjustment. Seriously, I still shed a little tear whenever I write a rent check.
I was pinning to my interior design Pinterest board like crazy to prepare for decorating my new pad. And guess what? Decorating definitely proved to be a slow process. Like, glacial speed. Woof. One thing that I knew I wanted to do was install a gallery wall. And remember when I said last Friday that I planned on tackling this project? Well friends, it was a success!
Here’s where one of my favorite local companies came to the rescue: Framebridge invited me to check out their custom framing services and I instantly jumped at the chance to do so. I shipped off the collection of prints I curated for my gallery wall, and a designer helped me choose the best frames for my art. After I made my final selections, my art was matted, framed, and shipped back to me.
I loved the entire process! So often, I would scour a store to buy a frame only to come home and realize that my artwork wouldn’t fit in it. Framebridge tailor made mats and frames that suited my style and my art perfectly. I cannot wait to start ordering artwork for my bedroom and get that framed as well. Framebridge can also print and frame your favorite Instagram photos as well, for those of you who talented photogs hiding behind your phones.
