Guys, do you want to know something crazy? This, right here, is the 500th post I’ve published to the blog. Time certainly flies when you’re having fun!

It hasn’t been easy to get to this 500th post and this actually isn’t the first blog I’ve ever started. Fun fact, I launched my first blog when I was 10. On a platform called expage.com (RIP). My webpage had a lot of cartoon dolls on it. LOLOLOL. As a 10-year-old child prodigy baby nerd, I taught myself basic HTML coding and CSS and whipped up my own layouts (they got better over time, I promise). I’m really glad that platform is defunct, because I would rather the world not know what I had to say 15 years ago, haha!

I took a lot of random unplanned blogging breaks back when I first started this blog, almost quit a few times and sometimes I got discouraged. However, I stuck through it all because blogging has just become a huge part of my life that I’ve fallen in love with. I know now to leave a few hours open on Sundays to plan content for the upcoming week, my planner is filled with random blog events, and the blogging friends I’ve made have become some of my best friends! Seriously, what else would I be doing with my spare time if I didn’t have this baby?

Here are a few of my favorite posts from over the years:

Most importantly, thank you to everyone who reads this little blog! It means the world to me, and I couldn’t do what I love without you all. You da real MVPS! Here’s to the next 500 posts.

  2. Congratulations on your 500th post, that’s amazing! I LOVE this look. I had to go back and pin it because I was like, “this bag” and the photography is perfectly on point too. Love that bag, the way you put those colors into symmetry. Just yes!

Congrats on your blog milestone! I remember those pages and their kind! I had a Geocities one complete with an autodiverter with my username. And there was Livejournal, which I still use to read friends’s entries.

  11. omg I have a very similar blogging origin story! My first page was a blogspot blog, but I had a ton of cut-and-paste html “avatars” just plastered all over the place. So embarrassing! It’s still live online to this day because I’ve long forgotten the password. Oops!

Congrats on making it to 500 posts! This outfit is so killer!!
