Easy Football Party Snack: Tillamook Charcuterie Cups

Charcuterie Cups with Tillamook, Fall Entertaining Idea, Tailgate Snacks

Amid a heat wave in Los Angeles, my mind is thinking of all things fall. I mean, after all, I’m a native East Coaster, and I did write an entire book about my favorite season!

Football season is in full swing, and to get in the tailgate spirit, I love hosting friends and family to watch games each year with elevated yet approachable snacks and drinks. While I have my favorite NFL team that I root for every Sunday, I also like to create a casual environment where sports lovers and novices can gather, hang out, and socialize!

I’m sure you know of the beloved charcuterie board, but have you heard of charcuterie cups? These are one of my favorite entertaining hacks—they’re super easy to make and will dazzle any of your guests. Plus, your friends and loved ones won’t be able to stop taking photos of this adorable treat!

Tillamook Sweet English Cheddar from Farmer’s Collection and 2018 from Maker’s Reserve

Easy Football Party Snack: Tillamook Charcuterie Cups

For these charcuterie cups, I would highly recommend Tillamook Cheese. Admittedly, I first learned about the brand during a paid activation I did back in 2018, but my partner and I have been hooked on the product ever since. Their cheese, ice cream, and butter—I’ve tried them all and loved them all! You can find them at grocery stores and cheese shops across the nation.

If you want to elevate your charcuterie cups, I would opt for either Tillamook’s Makers’ Reserve or Farmers’ Collections. The Makers’ Reserve is the best of Tillamook’s cheddars—each product is aged for at least three years, and the flavors are bold and unique and vary year after year. Every year, they release four consecutive vintages plus one 10-year vintage. Tillamook’s Farmers’ Collection features award-winning cheeses that are jam-packed with flavor and are perfect for any charcuterie board.

Feel free to play around with the fruit and cheese pairings here—if you can use seasonal ingredients, you can take this charcuterie cup up a notch! Also, for the cups I used, you can find a link at the end of the post. Bon Appetit!
