Tis the season for a Christmas mimosa, amirite?
I’m in South Florida this week, and this is the first time that I’ve traveled somewhere warm for the holidays. Admittedly, it’s odd to be poolside writing about Christmas cocktails, but here I am. I’m not that sad about missing out on the cold weather, but it doesn’t feel quite like the holidays in 80-degree weather! I’m a little jealous of all you Floridians out there.
As much as I love a good glass of wine during the holidays, I also like to experiment with seasonal cocktails as well during this time of year. This Christmas Mimosa is perfect for the season: it’s super easy to make, only requires a few ingredients, and can be served at any of your holiday parties or even on Christmas morning for your family. Plus, you can wow your guests with minimal effort!

The best part bout this Christmas Mimosa recipe is that it’s super easy to make, and you can easily create a lot of them in a short period of time. If you’re hosting an intimate gathering, you can make these one by one, but if you’re having a lot of people over, you could make these in a pitcher to save time. Just increase the quantities listed in the following recipe, and you’ll be good to go!
You also have room to play around with the amounts of sparkling wine vs. cranberry juice here — don’t feel that you need to follow this recipe to a T. If you like your mimosas champagne-heavy, then by all means, add a splash of cranberry juice instead!
