The Perfect Holiday Cocktail Idea: The Chambord Royale

Does anyone else feel like December flew by this year? I can’t believe we’re only days away from Christmas! Tom and I will be celebrating the holidays at home this year, and while we do miss our families, we’re excited to start some new holiday traditions in our household this year while we’re socially distancing.

Today, I have partnered with Chambord to share one of our new holiday traditions at home and a quick and easy last-minute gift idea!

Chambord Liqueur: a Bar Cart Essential

I’ve spent quite a bit of time trying to up my bar cart game during quarantine. From taking WSET classes to learning more about spirits, I’ve used the extra time I’ve had at home this year to learn more about all things wine and spirits! That way, the day it’s safe for me to host out of town friends and family again, I’ll be the hostess with the absolute most-ess.

One item that I think is a must for your bar cart? Chambord, the black raspberry liqueur. Chambord is an incredible liqueur produced in the Loire Valley of France, and I love adding an ounce or two to my favorite cocktails to elevate my cocktails at home. Also, for all the wellness lovers out there, Chambord is made with 100% natural ingredients and uses whole, fresh fruit in the production process. You never have to feel bad about a splash of Chambord in your cocktail!

A few other reasons why I adore Chambord? For starters, it’s definitely one of the most aesthetically pleasing bottles on my bar cart at the moment! I love the unique and elegant design, and it really elevates my space. Chambord also contains XO Cognac, which is aged longer than VS or VSOP Cognac. After I did a Cognac tasting a couple of months ago, I’ve really grown to love Cognac, so I love that they use high-quality spirits in this liqueur!

A Great Last-Minute Gift Idea

Do you have a friend who also loves hosting? We might be spending a bit more time apart from one another this holiday season, but that doesn’t mean you can’t treat your friends from afar!

When it’s safe to host big gatherings again, I think that Chambord would be the perfect gift for anyone who loves to entertain. In the meantime, I think it would be an awesome gift to send to your friends with who you’re not able to celebrate. I was able to order Chambord and a bottle of sparkling wine via Drizly to make the cocktail at home, and it was a great brunch drink this past weekend!

If you’re hosting a virtual party this year, I think it would be super cute to send your friends some sparkling wine and Chambord to make their signature Chambord Royale cocktail. It’s easy to send friends Chambord with Drizly, and you can get a $5 credit on your first Drizly order with the promo code “CHAMBORD.”
