Ahhh: the holiday pajamas. Gotta love ’em, right?
Back in the day, relatives would sometimes gift me a set of holiday jammies on the actual day of Christmas, which was totally fine. However, a couple of years ago, I got to open one of my Christmas presents early on Christmas Eve, and boom. It was a set of plaid pajamas from J.Crew that I ultimately wore on Christmas day to open presents.
To be honest, I love the thought of opening presents on Christmas Day in a super festive set of PJs (mainly because my mother insists on taking photos of me on Christmas morning every year!), so now I just like to buy my holiday PJs myself ahead of time. This year I bought a couple of pairs which worked out great because this weekend I’m actually attending a holiday pajama party at my friend’s house. Go figure!
For my PJs this year, I opted for a couple of sets from Aerie. They’re super affordable right now, and very adorable! I couldn’t resist this onesie (it actually has “Santa, I Can Explain” embroidered on the top), and this striped PJ set is most likely what I’m going to end up wearing at my friend’s PJ party. Both sets of PJs are on super sale right now, so I highly recommend snagging a pair now before they sell out!
