Beach is Better

I don’t know about you, but I’m in desperate need of a vacation. I took a fun little staycation in D.C. for Memorial Day weekend, but all of the beach photos popping up on my Instagram feed were giving me a serious case of FOMO. I won’t be able to make it to the beach until July with my crazy schedule, so until then, I will be enjoying D.C.’s many rooftop pools.

Also: does anyone have any fun summer reading suggestions? I’ve had White Teeth by Zadie Smith for a few years now, but this is the year that I will finish it. I’m definitely trying to step away from the computer + social media as much as possible this summer, and read more in my free time.
