Happy Friday, everyone! This is seriously my favorite time of year: it’s Friendsgiving season! Really, what’s better than stuffing your faces with your BFFs, having a few drinks and watching football? Nothing, my friends. Absolutely nothing.
I’m not going to lie: I’m not the best cook in the world. I’m slowly but surely getting better at it, but for now, I’m that friend who always opts to contribute beverages for Friendsgiving. I love my apple cider hot, but this chilled apple cider bellini recipe is super easy to make and tastes absolutely divine!

Apple Cider Bellini

P.S., how adorable are these coasters? I snagged them from Matrick and Eve, AKA my new favorite party decor shop. For those of you who aren’t local, don’t fret: they have the cutest inventory of festive coasters, stationary and gifts that are ideal for any occasion!
Gorgeous! I was just thinking about experimenting with the apple cider I have in the fridge, and what cocktails I can make with it. This looks delish!
I know what I’m drinking for breakfast on Thanksgiving morning…and while cooking…and maybe after dinner too. đ
pour me a glass and I’LL BE THERE. That sounds so delicious!
I love apple cider too, and I love this idea!! I’ve never seen rosemary in a drink like this before. Love it all, Alicia!
