I’m a sucker for pretty much any nautical piece of clothing. Every spring, if it’s navy and white striped, I’m probably going to buy it. Plus, its so easy to add a pop of really any color to a neutral nautical piece.  Now that my wardrobe is ready for a day of boating, all I need is to get a yacht! Also, while I love Richmond, I think my future place of residence needs to be a bit closer to water…

I spotted this little dress at Madewell. It was the only one they had in the store and of course it happened to be my size, so naturally I had to have it. It is so comfortable, I could live in it everyday. I’m also a sucker for any skirt or dress that has pockets, so there was no way this dress wasn’t coming home with me.

What spring trends do you keep running back to year after year?
