A Girly-Girl’s Guide to Camo with Sears

Camo is one of this fall’s biggest trends, and as part of a sponsored post for Collective Bias® I shopped at Sears and chose a camo piece of my choice and styled it in proper River City Chic fashion.

It’s officially August, and I’m so excited to start incorporating some of the latest fall trends into my wardrobe. One of this fall’s hottest trends is camo. From the runways of Michael Kors to Christopher Kane, camo was a fashion week favorite.

I haven’t worn camo since the Destiny’s Child “Survivor” days, but after seeing the affordable fashion options at Sears, I knew I had to snatch up some camo of my own. I’ve spotted some local fashion bloggers rock this trend, including Poor Little It Girl, and I knew that there was a way that I could make camo chic and glamorous and stay true to my own feminine style.

I headed to my local Sears and shopped the extensive sears Style section. There were so many camo and military-inspired options to choose from! I ultimately went with this bodycon dress from the Kardashian Kollection. I love the subtle camo detailing on the dress; it’s a great way for even the girliest of girls to introduce this trend into their wardrobe. The Shop Your Way Rewards program even helped me save a few bucks on this dress. I paired it with sky high wedges and a studded handbag to give this look a bit of feminine edge.

Great choice! I also love the camo detailing on the back. You could so put a blazer over it to make it office appropriate and take it off and accessorize it for nights!
