4th of July – A Salute to Style

This post is part of my 30 for 30 Challenge!

Tomorrow is one of my favorite holidays ever — the 4th of July! In honor of this special occasion, I’ve teamed up with one of my favorite style bloggers, Katherine of Style Tab, to show off our All-American style. I’m digging that she’s channeling a more bohemian vibe in her ensemble, while I’m keeping things classic and preppy for my look. Check out both of our looks!

My Take:
dress -j.crew (old), vest – madewell, sandals – dv by dolce vita, handbag – south moon under, watch – michael kors, necklace – house of harlow
Katherine’s Take:

Go check out her full post here!
What do you plan on wearing for the 4th of July?

I love both of these looks. They're so different, even though they have the same red, white, and blue theme. I think I need a denim vest now! And if only I could get my hair to hold a soft curl like yours! Sigh. It won't, but I do like the look. I like the boho outfit too and think there's a bit of the roaring 20s in the outfit with the art deco style necklace and drop-waist skirt. A little Gatsby, a little boho 🙂

Love both! Your sandals are beautiful. I'm in Scotland but maybe I will incorporate a little nod to 4 July in Friday's outfit!

I love how both looks can be everyday looks, and aren't overly Americana.
