Can you believe that summer is about halfway over? Yup, I’m definitely in denial right about now! But I’m super excited to share some fun 4th of July outfit ideas with you today!
To be honest, I’ve been feeling a little under the weather recently, so I’m not 100% sure if I’ll even make it to the barbecue that we’ve been invited to tomorrow. However, if I can bounce back from this mystery illness, these are some 4th of July outfit ideas I’m thinking of trying for tomorrow’s festivities! The best part about these looks? I picked up a couple of new sweaters this summer because, admittedly, I’m always that girl who is always too cold when sitting indoors with AC. Seriously, I pile blankets on myself when I’m sitting on the couch year-round! My current favorite is this adorable little star sweater from Splendid that I plan on wearing to the movies tonight. But, it would also be perfect if you’re headed to a cooler destination or spending a night on the beach!
We’ve been invited to a pool party for the 4th, and this one-piece from Aerie is hands down my favorite new swimsuit of the summer. Just wait until you see the back of it! It’s incredibly flattering and comfortable; yet appropriate for family gatherings.

Also, a quick note RE: my posting schedule: it’s been a little inconsistent this month, but I’m going to get back on track for the second half of July.
