Wow, 2014 has been quite the interesting year for me! It’s been exciting yet challenging at the same time and I’ve faced a few speed bumps along the way. One important thing I’ve learned this year is that life isn’t always going to go as planned. Your failures do not define you; it’s your reaction to your failures that speak volumes about your character. This is a year that’s really tested me and made me grow up in a number of ways.
I’ve had some amazing people enter my life, and some not so amazing exit my life. In the end, I’m thankful for all of my friends, family and amazing opportunities I’ve been able to take advantage of this year. I’m really looking forward to 2015; I have a feeling it will be my year to shine even brighter! Thank you for being a part of my journey and reading this little blog.
Now, what you’ve all been waiting for…some of my favorite outfits and blog highlights from 2014! I can’t believe how much this blog has grown in the past year. I’ve had a pretty successful 2014, and I have a few big things planned for next year!

These are amazing goals, Alicia! It’s so awesome you got to attend the SBS conference! I heard so many good things about that one. And yay for attending some in the new year! I hope to do that sometime too–and of course DC meet ups if I can!
Can’t wait to see where the new year takes you, Alicia! SO glad we met this year 🙂
It’s been a great year for you and I always love your outfits, Alicia! Can’t wait to see what 2015 does for you!
